Najwa joined Capital EE as an accounting manager. With over 15 years of experience in different business fields including creating accounting systems,  processing reporting & analyzing financial information. Additionally, Miss Feghali has extensive knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements. She is currently a member of the OU Curriculum Partnership committee. 

Najwa is currently pursuing an MBA at AOU & OU United Kingdom, and earned her BA in Finance & Microfinance from AOU & OU United Kingdom, in addition a STEP diploma from Leuphana University Germany and DELE Intermedio diploma from Instituto Cervantes Spain.
